1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, certificates, packaging, and receipts.

• Customized, engraved, or specially ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged on delivery.

• Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by customer misuse will make the item ineligible for return.

2. Process for Returns

2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Pack the item securely with all original documents and ship it back via a reliable courier service.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

• Shipping charges, taxes, or duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different design, size, or product, please contact us.

• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

• Any price difference must be settled accordingly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
